Once you have selected the goods you wish to purchase place them in your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. At this point you will be asked to enter your address and contact details. You will then be transferred to a secure page where you will be asked to input your credit or debit card details. This page is hosted and managed by PayPal. Qabbalah-Questing does not get to see your card details at any point. Using a recognised credit card authorisation company ensures that you can shop with confidence.
Once your payment has been successfully processed Qabbalah-Questing will be notified immediately by PayPal and then we can despatch your order.
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please choose that method when you reach checkout. Your order will be despatched as soon as the cheque has cleared or postal order has been cashed.
We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defects to products supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to ensure your order is well packaged to prevent damage in transit.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods then contact us within seven days from the date of receipt so that we can deal with your concern as quickly as possible.
