PAST LIFE REGRESSION & MEETING YOUR GUIDE WORKSHOP
SUNDAY MARCH 30TH 2008
After the very wet and windy day prior to the workshop the day turned out to be sunny and bright. The clocks were turned forward and yes, there is always one that did not know. John must have grown wings to reach us as quickly as possible. It was great to see regular faces who enjoy coming along to my workshops and it was great to welcome new faces and hope that they continue to come along to Meridiane House for there are lots of workshops and therapies on offer. We had a very relaxing and stimulating time throughout the workshop. Learning to relax, to take control of our breath, create a Sacred Space to work within, meeting our Guides and connecting with a past life memory to assist us with our present lives. Sounds like a tall order but everyone coped extremely well and felt they had gained insight into their questions about the aspects of their lives that required some assistance. I want to thank everyone for being so open and speaking freely about their experiences during the workshop. This could only happen if they felt comfortable and I believe everyone felt relaxed and safe which was down to everyone wanting to be there and wanting a healing experience. Well done to you all! I hope to meet up with you all again soon.
Re Past Life Regression Workshop. (30th March 2008)
Dear Trish,
As a result of attending this workshop at Meridiane House the following has occurred. At the workshop I found myself re visiting a past life back in Egypt. At that time I was a servant of a Royal Princess who had passed on, and as a consequence was walled up in a pyramid with her. This resulted in my suffering badly with claustrophobia, to such an extent found it impossible to go into lifts etc.
The workshop helped me to identify the cause of my fear. With your (Trish) reassurance, knowledge and experience you gave me the confidence to deal with this phobia. Although this was the first step, it was indeed a big step towards dealing with it. You did mention that perhaps two or three sessions would be required to clear each issue. With your teaching and conclusive notes accompanying the workshop assisted me to undergo further sessions. Brian - who also attended the workshop - was able to lead me to clear myself of this phobia.
The clearing of this phobia has been proven to me today, as I have had to attend an MRI scan at the hospital. This involved not only being squeezed into a narrow tube, I also had to be confined within a cage enclosed around my head. I was kept in this position unable to move for twenty minutes. This procedure took place without ANY PANIC WHATSOEVER - on my part. I was totally calm throughout just concentrating on my breathing.
I am euphoric at the result and now can state that I am no longer troubled with claustrophobia.
I would recommend this workshop to anyone.

TREE OF LIFE WORKSHOP - JULY 2007
It was good to welcome more men into the workshops and especially nice to see younger people taking up the interest. The day began with a bit of fun being made aware that not all that you see can be trusted. We learned of the Tree of Life and the benefits that it offers in relationship to our personality and the ways open to us to correct imbalances. We chanted our way through the middle pillar exercise, the benefits of which will be noticeable after it has been mastered. Everyone took part in working with the symbols and pathworkings, diligently creating stories by stretching their imaginations and using their creative abilities. I have to say a big well done to all, as the results were really amazing. Some of the stories were priceless! As an introduction to the uses of the Tree of Life I felt the workshop was a success. I look forward to taking the learning process further in future workshops. A big well done to all. Kneeling from left to right are Karen and Linda. THE ANGEL WORKSHOP IN CHORLEY APRIL 2007
Another lovely day at Meridiane House this time the workshop was to learn how to communicate with our Guardian Angel, to invoke the Archangels and to learn about the Angels who help both. It was especially nice to have a gentleman join us and I do know he gained a lot from the day. From left to right we have Pauline, Sue, Alan, Karen, myself, Julie, Louise, Karen and Gail. One lady was unable to attend so I hope she will join us next time. We had a wonderful time contacting the different Archangelic forces and sharing our experiences. Mikael seemed to make his presence felt the most followed by Uriel. Everybody had experiences with each Angelic force and were quite surprised at the depth of communication they had. We all learned how to contact our own Guardian Angel and how to reconnect with them again. The energies were wonderful and I know from emails received that healing took place and knowledge was gained. Diane was on hand to offer advice on crystals and angelic sprays and other items for sale at the Holistic Centre. Thank you to you all for a lovely day.
THE TREE OF LIFE 1 DAY WORKSHOP IN CHESTER 2007
Well, what a wonderful day! The Tree of Life workshop started on time with everyone eager to learn. I found that some ladies had 'heard' of the Tree of Life and others had not - but by the end of the day they certainly had been introduced to the wonders of working with the Tree. A big thank you to Noelle for arranging the venue & organizing the ladies and looking after me. We had lots of interaction whilst learning new concepts. The ladies were busy finding out about their conscious and subconscious mind, their unique talents and how they can change their thinking and planning to have a more successful and happy life. I asked them to bring a 'small lunch to share', what arrived was a banquet! Your generosity and your selfless sharing was noted! So starting from the left I would like to thank Ann, Sarah, Irene Joyce, Pam, Noelle, Jeanne, Jenny and Linda. It was a privilege and honour to meet with you and thank you for a most enjoyable day. I look forward to meeting up with some of you again on the TAROT Workshop.
THE TAROT TREE OF LIFE WORKSHOP IN CHORLEY 2007
We had a fabulous day at the Meridiane House Holistic Centre. Two ladies failed to turn up and they do not know what a great time they missed. The ladies really took on board the Archetypal figures of the Tarot and identified with them. They soon realised that the book of knowledge, the TAROT, was much greater than they had ever envisaged. The ladies worked well with the exercises designed to bring out of them their connection with the archetypes and their desire to learn more about this ancient wisdom. Meridiane House has such a lovely feel to it and the room is surrounded by the most beautiful and breathtaking crystals - you can't fail to learn, experience and enjoy the workshops in this venue. A big thank you to the ladies from left to right Christine, Karen, Chris, Diane, Jane and Jane. One of the ladies travelled from the Lake District to be at this workshop which shows dedication to her spiritual path. Another of the ladies has extended health problems although you would not know which one until I mention she has the biggest smile! Already I have taken bookings for other workshops from the ladies so we will be meeting up again. Thank you and I want to say I really enjoyed meeting with you all today.
NORTH WALES RETREAT - OCTOBER 13/14/15 2006
What a wonderful time we all had at Corwen this weekend. The accommodation was excellent at the BRON-Y-GRAIG family run hotel which we took over for the 3 days. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and very tolerant as they must have wondered what was happening behind the closed door of the snug sitting room. Laughter, whooping and the stomping of feet as we prepared for our Medicine Wheel Ceremony must have sounded somewhat "different" to what a pleasant sitting room is usually used for.
We all arrived in time for our evening meal and everyone ate heartily - no complaints there! We then gathered in the sitting room to get to know each other and to go over the plans for the remainder of our stay. Therapies were offered to everyone and included Reflexology by Alison, Indian Head Massage by Caroline, Reiki Healing by Wendi and a Crystal Reading by Eleanor. The workshops were offered by myself and included The Tree of Life, Egyptian Mysteries and Medicine Wheel.
The sitting room became the hub of the wheel as we all excitedly moved around the hotel from therapy to workshop to therapy stopping off in the sitting room to chat with those taking a few moments to absorb the wonderful feelings and sensations they were experiencing. After dinner we gathered for 'parlour games' with a difference. I took up the thread here and introduced thought provoking and stimulating games and then Eleanor gave a wonderful talk on the Crystals and their uses. It was a wonderful atmosphere as everyone had opportunities to add their thoughts and ideas and sharing their experiences with others of like mind.
After a lovely breakfast we gathered once again to learn about the Native American and the Medicine Wheel. We made prayer sticks and learned how to stomp and whoop! Time was now necessary for us all to chill out, go for a walk, sit and chat or have a power nap! The finale of the retreat was our Medicine Wheel Ceremony in the wonderful quarry set high up at the back of the hotel with the most awe enspiring views.
The Medicine Wheel was a wonderful experience. The energies were electric. Everyone had made rattles and as we stomped and waved our rattles in the air the beat of my drum led the way. We sang, laughed and stomped our way around that circle like our very essence depended upon it. From the tips of our toes to the end of the strands on our hair we felt electric. What can I say ladies except that it has been an honour and privelege to meet with you, be with you, blend with you as we laughed and cried our way through what I know was a most invigorating and enlightening retreat. My heartfelt thanks to Eleanor for arranging this special time and intuitively knowing that we would all benefit from it.
