2010 WORKSHOPS AT  MERIDIANE HOUSE HOLISTIC CENTRE
   
TAROT:   Especially created for access to the Archetypal images from the mysterious FOOL to the enigmatic WORLD shedding light into our lives. The whole Tarot deck is a dance of images. Learn about the Alpha and Omega of manifestation, the wisdom of the cards and the relationship with astrology, numbers and colour and much more.  Realize that the Tarot is much more than a means for divination, it is a book of life.  
 
PAST LIFE REGRESSION:  Learn how to create a secret place where Badgers by Mike Giddens you can retreat  when you feel the need to be alone or wish to meet with your guide. You will also be taken through guided imagery to meet your Guide who will be your unseen companion each and every time you regress into a previous memory.  You will be guided step by step back in time and assisted in recognising your blocks or denials so that you can restructure your life from that moment on.  Breathing and relaxation techniques will be taught and step by step instructions will be given so that you can revisit your secret place and past life memories in the future.  With this workshop you are requested to bring with you a small blanket or mat and a cushion as you will be laying down for part of the day.
  
SEQUOYAH MEDICINE WHEEL:  Provided with this workshop will be your Medicine Wheel Kit.  This will include enough sand to cover a circular tray approximately 12" (35cm) diameter, 28 hand picked stones and instruction booklet.    You will be shown how to lay out your Medicine Wheel and how to use it, and how to meditate and visualise to assist in balancing the 4 elements within.  We will end the day with a Medicine Wheel Ceremony.  For this you are requested to bring with you a rattle, this can be as simple as a tin box with small stones inside or a washing-up bottle with dried peas inside.  If you have a drum you can also bring that along. Be prepared for a wonderful experience as the energies build during the workshop and assist you to bond with the 'Great Spirit'. 
   
QABBALAH:   This will be a very thought provoking day and very enlightening.  Questions such as 'Why am I here?', 'What is the purpose of my life?', 'Why do others seem to have such a good time whilst I am beset with problems?' EGYPTIAN MYSTERIES:  A workshop of self exploration is guaranteed.  Exploring the 10 Gates of Man, guided meditations and ritual connecting with the energies of the Egyptian deities via our chakras (energy points).   You will also learn the power of mantra - intoning the deities names to assist you on your spiritual journey and how to expand your consciousness via the 7 levels. Also a wonderful meditation taking you into the Great Pyramid of Giza. This will be a very rewarding workshop.
  
TREE OF LIFE: A workshop exploring the Tree of Life.  This journey will be enlightening, empowering and revealing. We will learn of the Archangelic forces, identify them and how they can assist us with our life journey. We will explore the Tarot archetypes and how we can connect with them via the pathways connecting the stations on the Tree. We will investigate the deeper meanings of the Hebrew letters and how they connect with the Tree. Working with the realm of Spirit, the realm of Soul and our Physical Body we will discover the mysteries of union and walking in the way of Spirit.  This workshop offers a deeper understanding of the mysteries of life.  It needs to be experienced.  
 
ANGELS, ARCHANGELS & GUARDIAN ANGELS:
This Angel by Mike Giddens Guardian Angel workshop is designed to assist you in connecting with your personal Guardian Angel and also to enlighten you as to the other Archangels and Angels that you can also connect with.  They can assist you in every aspect of life - but first you must know how to achieve connection and how to bring into manifestation the help they can give. You will learn how to attune with their vibrations and how to invoke their help when it is really needed.  Two of the Archangels in particular are very good with personal protection - these will be identified and you will be shown how to connect with them.
  
THE GODDESS WORKSHOP:     
This workshop is designed to enhance our connection to the moon and the goddess.  Are you aware of the goddess's many different aspects and how you can call on her power to heal you and create changes in your life?  We will connect with 10 different Goddesses and learn how they can assist us in our everyday lives. Affirmations, prayers and connecting with their vibrations makes this a very different type of workshop.
